Twins Tutorial Event
Upon reaching level 3 the Event will start. It will end once you reach 20k points or 7 day timer runs out.
	Reward for first opening the Event window. Note: Reward was changed to 40
	New event button! (Top right)
	Chest starts on 120 minute cool down and can be open every 120 minutes. Click on it repeatedly to open it up and gain 2 Twin Masks!
